- 90% of the course is runnable
- 50km: 6:10 min/km (Diez Vista 50km)
- 50km: 7:25 - 8:00 min/km (Beaver Flat 50 JP)
- 160km: 10:35 min/km (JP)
- 150km: 6:30 - 8:00 min/km (UTMB CD)
- training: 6:10 is slow enough to stay fresh. 5:10-5:30 is fast.
